For the past 4 years, as the CEO of Outran Consultants Pvt. Ltd., he has successfully led projects across diverse manufacturing sectors—including electronics—and continues to serve as Technical Director for an HR industry company in Pune manufacturing electronic equipment and gadgets.
A keen follower of Total Productive Management (TPM), he has helped many organisations adopt world-class Japanese manufacturing techniques. He is also committed to mentoring entrepreneurs, managers, and the next generation of leaders, including volunteering to guide college and 12th-standard students in goal and vision setting for life.
